I picked up Sapiens because everyone was talking about it, and honestly, it blew my mind. I’ve read plenty of history books, but nothing connects the dots like this one. Harari’s writing is so engaging—it’s like he’s sitting with you, telling you the entire story of humanity. I loved how he explains why we are the way we are, from our obsession with money to our belief in nations. Fair warning, it’s a lot to process, and it definitely makes you question a few things you thought you knew. I finished it feeling smarter and more curious about the world. Highly, highly recommend it if you’re looking for a book that will make you think.
